This is a nice-looking drying tank setup. Neatly done! I'd like to hear some feedback on how those shower nozzles worked. They look like they'd put out too much water for the first few washes. I was thinking of getting an "Arizona Mister" setup for mine. utahbiodieselsupply.com/washingsupplies.php#misters

Remember that this is a drying tank and not a wash tank. The shower heads create a strong stream of bio when used with the Harbor Freight pump, definitely too strong for a wash tank. I do have the Arizona Misters on my wash tank, but since I started doing the 5% glycerin pre-wash I stopped using them. I now use the water hose sprayer and get no emulsions.

Hey txcas,
I was about to price your drying tank and was wondering what the nipples are and what they're for?
LOL, nevermind. I figured it out. (I'm running a little slow tonight)

I just got a 35 gal cone bottom tank. Just have to build the stand and I'm done. I'll stick with drying with a bubbler and aquarium heater...

Did you base the design on Carlos's tank? Hows it coming?
Did you have the cone bottom built (if so where) or did you buy it (if so how much if you don't mind me asking)?
