2X diameter = 4X flow One 1” feeding four ½” transferring fuel from processor to wash station pump output is equal distance from the center of each barrel transferring bedtime. Fan is blowing on 130F fuel next morning scooping soap and then put on filters 100 micron inside of 10 micron This is about four hours later and the bags are full. Soap was 90 ppm Bottom of barrel after two 40 gallon batches Washing filters

Thanks Andrew for posting the pictures for me. Actually the next to last pic should be up two places under the "scooping soap" and before adding filters. my bad. The soap that you see in the five gallon bucket is from several batches. It settles and separates over time, then i salvage a little more Bio-D back into the wash tank.
