I only have one source. It is a very small Chinese restaurant that I was able to score right when they opened. I don't get much oil from them, but it is really good oil. I collected 22 gallons today and 15 gallons on my previous collection. I have tried a bunch of places, but they already have contracts. Some of them don't mind if you collect the oil when they are closed, but I am afraid of going there. Anyway, I will be brewing some Bio this weekend.

I guess I will be looking for any new restaurants opening up. I only need around 40-50 gallons a month tops.

I can get 4-5 gals./week from a Chinese place in Carrollton, but it's high in FFA and probably not worth wasting methanol & KOH on, unless I can get to an acid/base reaction. I've even stopped eating there.
BTW, I'm from Plano, too, and I didn't do it either. I think the city has an oil pickup arrangement, but I'm not sure.

I think it's a private pickup actually according to the owner. Free too.
